Quest

Kimino heard knocking on his rooms door. Robin was still asleep, so he left a note saying he was going to be gone for a little while on the stand next to Robin. He then walked over to the door and looked at who it was. It was a messenger. The messenger said "Our almighty leader, Gruntios Fatios, has requested that you come and speak with him about a very important quest.". Kimino said to him "Well lead the way then!" and they walked to the main hall. Gruntios was sitting on his throne, raider slaves feeding him grapes. Every time one of the raider slaves did something he didn't like, he would flick them, which he knew to them would feel like being hit by a boulder. He looked up to Kimino and said "You are here! Hello. I am Gruntios Fatios and I have come to ask something of you. Our food is running out. You are the person who has the most experience on land. I am asking you if you would scavenge some food for us.". Kimino considered the offer. It would provide valuable experience. "Ok, i'll do it." he said. Gruntios clapped his hands happily and said "Marvellous! Now head out and find some food!". Kimino headed up through the tunnels to where the exit was. He was blinded for a few seconds by the sunlight coming at him. He blinked a few times then walked onwards towards the town. He walked quietly in case there were any dangers nearby from not so alive but still moving things. He peered around a building. It was a good thing he had been quiet. There was a load of the creatures around the corner scavenging around for living things from rats to humans. Suddenly one of the creatures saw Kimino's head poking around the corner and screamed as it ran at him, alerting the others. Kimino swore as he drew his machete and ran up the hill of rubble. He then put the machete in his left hand as he noticed beer on the floor, from 25 years ago. Around that time they used to smell terribly as people hadn't perfected it to how it used to be, so this was rank. Maybe he could distract them with it? He threw it about ten steps in front of him and said "Smell that scum bags!" and they started to lick it up when they got close. Kimino smelt something behind him and swung his machete round. It decapitated the first of about thirty creatures on the other side of the hill. He ran down the other way into a blocked off alley way. They would only be able to go in a straight line. As they squeezed in and got close he cut each one down again and again. There was still about ten left but he was hidden behind a wall of their corpses. They remaining creatures moved onto the next town, and Kimino crawled out from under the creature pile.
