Not sure what your talking about. If your talking about scavenging and quests then yes your findings will need to be approved. There is an update topic which is were you will post your character updates which include the learning of new skills, finding new items, completeing quests. ETC

No. Like say for E.G, my post for my character entering Newport(Which is real), with no one joining, and it's completed with over 100WC

Oh ok the the answer to your question would be no, but it still needs to be at least 100WC
